From the email last night:

We had a record number of visitors to HealthCare.gov on March 31. We're sorry you couldn't finish your enrollment, but don't worry! Because you gave us your email before the deadline, we are holding your place in line. In the next few days, we'll send you an email with a special link that you can use to go straight to HealthCare.gov and finish your enrollment. You will still get health coverage for 2014.

Please watch your email inbox for a note that we are ready for you to return to HealthCare.gov.

You're getting this message because you asked for a one-time reminder from us when the Health Insurance Marketplace site was ready for you to enroll. We will be sending you that email very soon. If you have questions visit https://www.healthcare.gov/help-center/.

I procrastinate, still can't afford insurance.

Now for the fun stuff. Because of our income level (35k) and that my job offers insurance to my husband (at $214 a month) we aren't eligible for subsidies. The cheapest insurance available would be $153 a month with a $6000 deductible. Yeah, we'll pay the fine.
