Just wanted to put this link here, in case you were interested in bookmarking it for future reference. Today's cases involved defrauding a federal banking institution, EPA greenhouse gases ruling (mixed bag on that one), and kicking a Haliburton lawsuit back to the lower court while telling Haliburton they're not so special after all. One interesting thing about SCOTUSBlog is that the mainstream media outlets have refused to give the site normal journalist access to the Court, claiming it's 'just a blog'. But it's actually the most serious, complete source of information about the Court that you can find pretty much anywhere. They should be credentialed just like the major newspapers and networks, but they're not.
