In which the host asks if it's legal for CVS to stop selling tobacco.
"Is it OK legally ... to restrict tobacco availability in a private store like this? For people who smoke, you know, they have a right to buy cigarettes. It's not illegal."
Now, I'm a smoker and I love smoking. But, I'm also smart enough to know that a store can decide not to sell something if they don't want to sell it.
Plus, Fox had no problem at all when pharmacies didn't want to sell the morning after pill or birth control pills in general.
So, what the fuck are they thinking?
