Another week, another polar vortex.

The best part is that the extreme cold always causes delays on public transportation, so more time out in the weather for us working (frozen) stiffs.

Monday HIGH/LOW -5°/-19°

Dangerously cold. Temps 5 to 10 below zero, remain steady or slowly fall through the day. Overnight lows dip to near -20 degrees. Gusty NW winds drop wind chills as low as -45.


Tuesday HIGH/LOW -7°/-15°

Wind chill warning continues. Bitter cold and NW winds 15 to 25 mph keep wind chill readings at -30 or lower. Clear, with diminishing winds at night. Lows in the teens below zero.
