BBC America mocking Gwynneth Paltrow

Good god. So the News Hour started out with finding the source for the "conscious uncoupling" remark, OK. But as someone was reading from the source, the guest is starting to laugh and she proceeds to pour Brit-flavored haterade all over Paltrow. Razia Iqbal keeps trying to say , "well let's stay away from talking about their relationship" (Wha?) and this guest is having none of it. I have really got to get back to work, so I can't digest and then post; here are some random lines:

"When you are Gwynneth Paltrow, you have no negatives"

"Chris Martin who seems like a normal individual"(repeated twice)

GOOP encourages you to live in a "Hideous world where nothing is ever bad."

"Thinking that you can bridge the Atlantic through positive thought."

I was all over the Gwynneth hate, but just don't even know what to make of this. I'd love to know from GTers abroad whether this is typical of what they are saying in the UK.
