Comcast rep must be trolling a customer who just wants to cancel

Trigger warning for anyone who has ever wanted to kill a customer service rep. But you've gotta listen to this. It begins 10 minutes into a call where a customer is trying to cancel his Comcast service, and the rep simply won't let him. If you haven't gotten furious about anything on the Internet yet today, I highly recommend this recording.
