Given the "full faith and credit" clause of The Constipation, I'm pretty sure the Attorney General could make a fairly decent argument for treason charges against any representative who votes against raising the debt ceiling. And could probably also press the same charges against lobbying groups who are pressing representatives to not raise the debt ceiling.
And, the Federal government - thanks to the GOP - still has the death penalty for treason.
Imagine all those Tea Party congressmen beheaded on the White House lawn. You could sell tickets.
