Oopsing Your Partner Is Now Considered Sexual Assault

In a rare bit of good news on the legal front, Canadian courts have ruled that sabotaging a condom without your partner knowing about it is sexual assault.

If anything can take away agency from someone it's being deceived about their risks of pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases. In other words - just because you've agreed to have a dick in you or put your dick in someone doesn't mean you've agreed to have sperm in you or become a sperm donor.

And, hopefully it will be used against the dirtbags who publish online guides on how to stealth other guys. (Link is NSFW.)
