The Real House of Cards

I am British-inclined (though I am not). House of Cards, and its successive series, To Play the King and The Final Cut, are *SO* superior to the bloated uterus of the Kevin Spacey program. The economy of narrative is just such a great lesson in storytelling. The complete original show on the BBC was twelve hours; the "first series" of the U.S. version? Thirteen hours.
